exercise routine

I have been exercising for a month now and I am very proud of some of my preliminary results. Since I started, I have lost as much as 8 pounds, to announce the result. When I first started my exercise routine I was 126 pounds, and now I am 118 pounds. Up until now, much of my routine has consisted of jogging on my treadmill. I have also included some weight training and aerobics. Recently as the weather has improved, I have also begun to go jogging outside. I believe the course that I run is anywhere from 3.5 to 4 miles long, which is much longer than what I had historically run. Thus, I am hopeful that I will begin to observe the fruits of my labor soon.
