aerobic exercises

Both my husband and I have been exercising together consistently since the first week of this month. At first, my exercise focused on weights, our stationary bike and some aerobic exercises like jumping jacks and sit-ups. I did not really like using the bike very much because it seemed to be difficult, but seldom would cause me to sweat. Recently, my exercise has improved because I have been able to go jogging as well. At first, we had a couple of days of mild weather that allowed me to run outdoors. Later, I was able to run on our treadmill, which has not been working properly. I find that I need to manipulate many buttons to get it to work, but over the last few days, I have been able to get it started. I hope that I will be able to continue using the treadmill until the weather warms-up so that I can just jog outdoors every day.
