My husband and I started exercising regularly around the beginning of February. As of today, we have been pursuing our exercise routines for nearly two months. There have been a few challenges in that my treadmill had been acting up recently. As a result, I have spent time on my stationary bike. Also, as the weather has sometimes been mild in the afternoons, I have also had opportunities to go jogging outdoors. I have been very pleas with my progress recently. After observing very little change during the first month of exercise, recently, it appears that I have managed to lose as much as 7 or 8 pounds. Although my weight fluctuates based upon the time of day, I have had a scale reading as low as 114 pounds. This is after weighing-in at 122 pounds (or more) at the start of my exercise program. As we just had the start of the spring season, I am anxious to see how far I can go towards getting back in shape by summertime. After more than five years of carrying a little extra baby fat beginning with the birth of my second child, it is nice to begin to recapture my original size and weight that I had when I first met my husband.
